Inovative Speed Climbing Event in SEA Games

Indonesian Climbing Federation will introduce new speed event name speed track in sport climbing during the next SEA Games 2011 in Indonesia. The event will be tried out couples months before the Games to ensure all speed climbers who will compete common to the route. The new event will have route proper for any height and any age of the climbers, while speed record IFSC standard will be a problem when climbers height no more than 150cm. The speed track event has beem tried during Indonesian Open Extreme Games in Bandung last year, and has been intrduced to IFSC Plenary Assembly in the beginning of this year. source : http://fpti.seacf.org/
